How to recover accounts on Microsoft Authenticator App?

I'm trying to sign my emails back into my Microsoft Authenticator app since they were deleted from my device. I've tried scanning the QR code to redo the "add account" process and that does not work since the QR code was already used with the previous, deleted, account. I have also tried recovering my accounts and when I try using my email to sign in, it says "That Microsoft account doesn't exist. Enter a different account or get a new one."

Is there another way of recovering my accounts or do I just need to call the Microsoft Support line?

hope this is your work account.

You can ask your Global Administrator to reset MFA for you, once reset done you will be asked to setup MFA when you login next time. Here is screenshot which you share with your Admin.
