Reset Authenticator App

When I try to access my power bi  Work Account I can’t access my account and display a Microsoft login screen requesting a verification code from  Authenticator App in my phone but I didn’t receive any code and I try to add my account in my Authenticator App but he need again verification code from  Authenticator App in my phone

Note : I haven't any backup for Authenticator App

    Hi George,

    Please contact your Global Administrator to reset MFA for you, once reset done you will be asked to setup MFA when you login next time. Here is screenshot which you share with your Admin.
