I hope this email finds you well.

I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the extension of my Microsoft 365 developer trial subscription. I am genuinely appreciative of the opportunity to continue leveraging the valuable tools and resources offered by the program.

Unfortunately, I have recently encountered a significant issue that has severely impacted my ability to access my developer account. I inadvertently misplaced my mobile device, which had the Microsoft Authenticator app installed. Consequently, I am currently unable to verify my identity and log in to my account.

As I hold the administrative role for my developer account, this situation has effectively prevented me from managing subscription settings and accessing essential development resources. I kindly request your urgent assistance in addressing this matter promptly.

I would be immensely grateful if you could provide me with alternative authentication methods or guide me through the process of regaining access to my account without relying on the Microsoft Authenticator app. I am committed to safeguarding the integrity of my account and ensuring its continued use solely for development purposes.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this urgent matter. I appreciate your understanding and support.

Sincerely,

I couldn't log in with my developer account, so I logged in with another account instead. This account is the email address used for changing the password of the developer account.

I eagerly await your response and guidance in resolving this issue.

If there are other admins on your account, they may be able to help reset your access or try ur recovery/backup methods.

However, if that is not the case your only option is to try and recover the account. To do this, use the link below:
