I did changed my hard disk with SSD in order to get faster. I reinstall back all my software. Others are working fine but Money can't open this file. The file was saved with a later version of Money than you're currently using, or with a version of Money that had online program updates installed. You are currently using Money version (16.0.150.614)
How can I fix that problem.

Microsoft Money is a discontinued personal finance management software program by Microsoft.
Right-click on the Money shortcut or executable.
Select "Properties" and go to the "Compatibility" tab.
Try running the program in compatibility mode for a previous Windows version.

Thank you for sharing knowledge. The pop up message asked "a later version of Money than you're currently using, or with a version of Money that had online program updates installed" . I test with Sample file with MS Money was fine but could not open my .mny file
