How can I remove an organisation from my MS account when It can't be verified in MS authenticator

I have an issue with my MS Authenticator app for an organization under my MS account.
Last month I had a new phone, and probably I did something wrong, but now I can not authenticate for this account on my new phone nor on my old phone. Removing this organisation in MS account is also not possible as I need to authenticate that as well.
So what can I do?
