Reset MFA on MSFT Account

I have a MSFT account with MFA enabled. My phone was reconfigured and backup of the MFA isn't restoring properly. How can I get my MFA reset so I can setup again?

This account is not administered by a school or business. I created it to learn PowerApps and PowerAutomate.
