On this page the following is stated (emphasis mine):
You can back up multiple accounts, but only one of each type for example, a Microsoft personal account, a work or school account, and a non-Microsoft account such as Amazon or Google.
I have multiple Microsoft 365 work accounts added to my authenticator (for multiple 365 tenants). Does this mean only one of those is backed up?
