How to re enable a school subscription

I am a student with the University of Toronto. I have a basic subscription to Azure for cybersecurity. I have an allowance of roughly 200$ through the school. I logged in recently for a project and it said that my subscription has ended even though I have only used 2$. I spoke to my school and they told me to reach out to Microsoft support as they handle all billing etc. Any advice on fixing this issue would be appreciated as I am now behind on my project.

    Hi Jack,

I am guessing that you signed up for an Azure Free (with $200 USD credits). These credits expire after 30 days of the trial.

You need to switch to pay-as-you-go:

Change your Azure subscription to a different offer

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cost-management-billing/manage/switch-azure-offer

If you have any billing questions, I'd recommend creating a ticket:
