Hello,
Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.
To ensure that Windows Hello works properly, verify that the following Group Policy settings are in place:
Navigate to Computer Configuration > Windows Settings > Security Settings > Local Policies > Security Options.
Verify that Interactive logon: Do not display username at logon is set to Disabled.
Similarly, verify that Interactive logon: Do not display last logon is set to Disabled.
Note that these settings are usually disabled by default. If you make changes, execute the gpupdate /force command to force the Group Policy settings to update.

If you have confirmed that the above Group Policy settings are disabled, but the problem persists, you can try resetting the facial recognition state. To do this, follow these steps:
1.Go to Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options.
2.Find the Fingerprint or Facial Recognition option and click Remove below.
3.After that, click Get Started and follow the on-screen instructions to reconfigure Fingerprint and Facial Recognition.
4.Finally, restart your computer.
I hope the information above is helpful.
Best Regards,
Yanhong Liu
