Hi, I have a strange issue with one user. We have dozens of users using RDP, but this one user experiences RDP connection drops every day, only when he starts working. Usually it happens between 07:50 and 08:00 AM and he loses the connection just once and the connectivity gets back within 30 seconds. The rest of the day he can work just fine. Nobody else has this and there is no unusual network connectivity during or before that time. What I've done: Checked for unusual network connectivity. Found nothing Deleted the RDP cache Disabled bitmap caching for RDP Disk cleanup DISM Chkdsk - Sfc scan Fully updated his Windows 10 installation Deleted unnecessary files/programs that might conflict Rebooting his machine Despite all of that the issue still persists and I don't know what more I can do to fix this. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

What I've done:

Checked for unusual network connectivity. Found nothing
Deleted the RDP cache
Disabled bitmap caching for RDP
Disk cleanup
DISM
Chkdsk - Sfc scan
Fully updated his Windows 10 installation
Deleted unnecessary files/programs that might conflict
Rebooting his machine

Despite all of that the issue still persists and I don't know what more I can do to fix this.
