Trying to reset my password for webmail. This is for an email that I can enter by the Outlook app, but not on webmail. Resetting password does not work; there is no verification code sent to the email I am trying to reset nor to the alternative email.
The other alternative is to sent a code to my phone. But the phone in the system is my old number and is only changeable via a web version of email.
