No Data in VM insight dashboard

We have configured the VM insight with Data collect rule, but we are not getting any data in VM insight dashboard. We checked the outbound traffic towards below endpoint is reachable.

Vinodh247 23,346 Reputation points MVP2024-07-27T12:00:33.3633333+00:00 - Ensure the VM is Running: If the virtual machine (VM) is turned off or was only recently turned on, data may not be available immediately. It typically takes 5 to 10 minutes for data to appear after the VM is onboarded.
- Agent Installation: Ensure that the Azure Monitor Agent and Dependency Agent are installed correctly. If the agents are not installed properly, data collection will not occur. You can check the installation status in the Azure portal.
- Firewall and Network Security Groups (NSGs): Ensure that firewall settings and NSG rules allow outbound traffic to Azure Monitor endpoints. Misconfigured rules can block necessary traffic, preventing data from being sent.
