Setting up universal email tags and tagging individuals in Outlook

How to setup a universal tagging of email across the organization and tagging of person when sending a email using a group email address.

Example:

Email Address: xyz@abc.com

No of user to this mailbox: 150 people able to send and receive email using this group email and monitoring of email is done through this group email instead of personal email id.

1. In order to add a tag category of such as "Sale" when composing new email which will reflect same tag across the user mailbox once sent and received by 150 people in their mailbox and all the reply to that email will be tagged with the "Sale".
2. How to tag a particular person when send a email through a group email to grab attention out 150 so that the tagged person or team can respond to that email.

As i know, there's no such method to achieve your requirement in Outlook for Windows desktop client.
