Hi @Lisa Miranda
Which version of Office do you have?
- Please go to one Office app, click:
File > Account
, check the Office version name under "Product Information".
Besides, you may search "Control Panel", open Control Panel > Programs and Features
, make sure there is only one Office product installed on your machine.
If there is indeed only one Office installed, I suggest you check the status of your Office product by signing in to Microsoft account at Services & subscriptions, ensure your Office product is valid.
Then close all Office apps, it's recommended run the OLicenseCleanup.zip to remove previous licenses and cached account information.
- Please download the script, extract the OLicenseCleanup.vbs script, and run it using elevated permissions.
If the issue still persists after you sign into account that associated with your Office. I suggest you run commands to check the status of Office license.
