We have blocked receiving mails on the same tenant due to internal requirements.
However, if we are sending a mail externally with a cc/bcc to internal mail IDs on the same tenant, then the mail should be sent. Is there any way to configure this?
Currently due to the mail flow rule, all internal mails are blocked even if we are replying to an external sender with keeping our internal team in cc/bcc.

Please help me find a way that if any external mail domain is detected then the mail sending should not be blocked to any recipient including the same tenant.

Our objective is that only internal mail sending is blocked, if any external mail is being sent then even the internal email IDs should receive it.

Please help me find a solution!

Thanks!

    Hi @Visheshh

Welcome to our forum! Please kindly understand that the Outlook tag here we mainly focus on general issues about Outlook desktop client.

Are you setting the rules in the Outlook client?

According to my research, the rules in the Outlook client may not meet your needs. In Outlook, rules are applied to allow you to move, flag, and respond to emails automatically.
