How to fix the issue on Visual Studio Code, SSL certificate problem self-sign certificate in certificate chain

When I clone repository by Visual Studio from Microsoft URL, https://github.com/MicrosoftLearning/mslearn-ai-vision

Error message: fatal: unable to access https://github.com/MicrosoftLearning/mslearn-ai-vision SSL certificate problem self-signed certificate in certificate chain
