    Thank you for reporting it in Microsoft Q&A.

    Please have a try with the following steps:

    1. Open a command prompt as administrator
    2. Run following command to clean up previous installation cache
      "%programfiles(x86)%\Microsoft Visual Studio\Installer\resources\app\layout\InstallCleanup.exe" -full
    3. Download the Visual Studio from the Download page and try again
