need help rescheduling my azure fundamentals pearson exam

the exam appointment is not showing up within credentials/certifications. But i paid the 99 dollars and was taken to Pearson's website and attempted to get into the exam but was asked to reschedule since i was unable to close all of the active programs on my pc within several attempts ( did not know that this would happen). When i try to schedule my exam again with Pearson, they are telling me i already have an active exam and i need to go to Microsoft and reschedule.
