Windows 10 1809 Builtin Apps Language Issue

Hello, am facing an issue where certain Windows 10 1809 built-in apps do not change to the applied language (like calculator, weather, calendar). However they get change after manually updating through Microsoft store. Is there a way to fix this issue as part of SCCM task sequence? Is this bug with Win10 1809? Thanks.

    Hello,
    They should be updating automatically.
    Do you have any policies limiting access to the store?
    Are the users standard users or administrators? Should work either way.
    Any Proxies in play that the machines need to go through?
    How long are waiting to check if they update? It may be on a 24 hour cycle so it only checks for updates from the store once during a 24 hour period.

    We disabled Store access to users.
