Getting Issue connecting github with Azure boards

Question

Hello, i am integrating my github repository with my azure devops organizations. Successfully connected both github with azuredevops, integrated azure boards application and installed it on my repository. now I am unable to make pull request as it has not created connection successfully(that's what I think so). when authenticating my github with azure boards I don't get this page. Followed each instruction carefully, when creating pull request, it says to provide pull request id.

i want this page as, this is from the tutorial which I am following, he gets this page when created connection with azure devops

Get's an option of create where I am getting this option.

Please help me this, as it's has been taking so long.
