Microsoft Translate in O365 changes fonts

Hi all!

One of my business users is testing out the translation features in the O365 apps to see if that will meet our needs, or if we need to look at other products.

As far as the actual translation goes, it works very well! However, it appears that no matter what we try, when Word translates a document from English to Spanish, it changes all the fonts to Calibri. Since we have corporate requirements for what fonts are used in official documents, this is a major drawback. Does anyone know of any way to get it to retain the fonts in the new document?

Thanks!

    @Travis Hare

    For test, I translated a document from English to Spanish, it did changes all the fonts to Calibri.
    The translate tool’s font may be subject to the default font and size in the Normal.dotm file.
    So I’m afraid that it cannot retain the fonts in the original document.

    As a workaround to retain the font of the original document, please make sure that the preferred font (the most frequently used font in the original document) is set as default. Then you could change the font of different part.
