Hello,
I am an app developer, I submitted an app in the Store. The app is not free, it is currently unavailable to customers, but the reports from the Developer Dashboard show that it's being acquired for free.
The app is "List Hub"
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/list-hub/9nblggh4v58j
I guess the "List Hub" settings I set on the Developer Dashboard are OK since on this Web page I can see the text: "List Hub is currently not available." and the "Redeem a code" button. I haven't given redemption codes to anybody.
Today I downloaded the "List Hub" file from the Developer Dashboard site:

The file has zero values in the Purchase Amount fields.

I would like to understand why people are acquiring my Store app for free.
I'd appreciate your help on this problem I have.
Mariana
PS: I was not able to find a tag that matches my question, "paid app acquired for free", and I just selected a tag.
