Request to Transfer AI-102 Certification to Personal Account

Dear microsoft AI-102 certification support team,

Today, I pass the AI-102 certification on my company account
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/users/ninhvantin-8937/
Actually, I forgot to register the exam using my personal account (******@gmail.com) and used my company account instead.
Because this certification is crucial for my professional development. And I would like to retain access to this AI-102 certification even if I change the company in the future.

So can you help me transfer this certification from my company account to my personal account.
Please let me know the steps required for this transfer. Or if there are any solutions available
