issue on upgrading Microsoft Entra Connect Sync and Entra Connect Health

I can't proceed to do the above upgrade as I've got a mail from Microsoft that this is to be done before 23 Sep 2024. Though the AAD is restarted, the same err is given. The first step squared of 'Upgrade AAD connect' is finished, but the 2nd one is stuck. So does it mean that the upgrade is still not completed? if yes, what'd I do next?

    Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A

    Usually, that error message returns because TLS 1.2 was not enabled on the Entra ID Connect server.

    Please, run this script from the link to check the TLS status - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/identity/hybrid/connect/reference-connect-tls-enforcement#powershell-script-to-check-tls-12

    The results must be exactly like below:

    Use this other script to enabled TLS 1.2, restart the server and then try it again
