Sharepoint App is checking out an Item

Hello

Please i need your help on this issue.

It shows on our SharePoint site that two files are checked out by "SharePoint App" and will not allow us to delete them. Is there a way as an admin to force check out a file?

You can try to use PowerShell to check in the file and then delete it.
