Outlook meeting tracker not showing attendance although Accepted is chosen

Hello

Please i need your help on this issue.

Although attendants accept the meeting, the meeting tracker in the meeting shows None response, even though user has received Accepted mails.

    1. Are you using a Microsoft 365 business account or a personal account like outlook.com or hotmail.com? Please share your account details and a screenshot of your subscription.
    2. Please confirm if you are using Classic Outlook or New Outlook.
    3. Are you experiencing the issue with only in the desktop application or Outlook on the Web (OWA)?
    4. Please share a screen shot of a meeting tracker
    5. If it is only with outlook desktop application, have you tried to Uninstall and reinstall it?
    6. Have you tried to Remove the outlook profile and add it again?
    7. Could you please share a screenshot of the version of the Outlook app you're using?
