    Hi @Rajesh Prabhu

According to this error code, it can be caused by outdated or corrupted login details saved within an app or within Windows.

Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue:

    • Reconnect your account. Try go to Windows settings>search Account>"Access Work or School">check if you can see your business account in "Access Work or School". If you don't see it, please select Connect and add your business account. If you can see it, please select it and select Disconnect. After that, please click "Connect" and log into your account again.
    • Removing Office login credentials and clearing PTM. More information, see: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/office/troubleshoot/activation/tpm-malfunctioned.
    • If none of the above methods help, you can create a new profile and add this account in question. Create an Outlook profile - Microsoft Support.

    Hope this helps!
