I cannot access my One Drive even if it's web based. I am the admin and owner of the account. The only change I did was set our domain name instead of the microsoft email.

Did you change the primary domain name in Microsoft Entra ID, or others?
It is recommended that you wait for a while before testing, ther may be a delayed.
