    Hi,

The “WF Workflow Time Out” alert in SCOM for your SCSM server indicates that a workflow has been running for more than 25 minutes without completing.

Here are some steps to resolve this issue:

    Check Workflow Status:

    • Go to the Service Manager console.
    • Navigate to the Administration pane.
    • Select Workflows and then Status.
    • Look for the workflow that is timing out and check its status.
    • In the Need Attention tab, select the workflow and click on View log to see detailed information about why the workflow is timing out.

Restart the Health Service on the Service Manager management server. This can often resolve issues with stuck workflows.

Ensure that the server has sufficient resources (CPU, memory, disk space) to handle the workflows.

Check for any connectivity issues that might be causing delays.

If the issue persists, you can try to Retry the workflow from the console. If the workflow is no longer needed, you can choose to Ignore it to remove it from the Need Attention view.
