Using Azure Credits amongst a team - sharing subscriptions?

Hello, I have received azure credits, with which we're implementing our MVP. However, so far I'm the only that has access to my resources. How can I allocate the credits so that the other people on my team are also able to co-develop? I was trying to do Role Assignments on Microsoft Azure Sponsorship | Access Control (IAM), but 1. I don't know if the new resources they would create within that subscription will be charged to the credits and 2. They don't seem to have access to the subscription anyway. It says "Access denied" to them.

PS: I have seen other similar questions like this, this and this , but I'm not looking to transfer credits, nor share the credits. I just want others to user my credits and resources. It sounds like the same thing as sharing them, but it's as different as two different azure options are.

    Hi @Cristian Duguet

To share access to your credits, you only need to grant access to your Azure subscription to those users. To do so, you can follow these steps:

    1. Sign in to the Azure portal: Go to Azure Portal and log in with your credentials.
    2. Navigate to Subscriptions: In the search bar at the top, type “Subscriptions” and select it from the results.
    3. Select the Subscription: Choose the subscription you want to manage.
    4. Access Control (IAM): In the left-hand menu, click on “Access control (IAM)”.
    5. Add Role Assignment:
      • Click on the “Add” button and then select “Add role assignment”.
      • In the Role tab, select the role you want to assign (e.g., Owner, Contributor, Reader).
      • In the Members tab, select the user, group, or service principal you want to grant access to.
      • Click “Review + assign” to complete the process.

This will grant the selected user or group the specified level of access to your Azure subscription. If you need more detailed guidance, you can refer to the Microsoft Learn documentation for step-by-step instructions.
