    Hi, can you provide any more details about the error ? as we would guess the true error there.

    I would say please check your DNS and make sure your internet is ok on your WIFI.

    The fact it work somewhere else make me think your router/accesspoint got a error, please reset it maybe if you can.

    Check if you have an internet connection through your wi-fi.
    If you have a stable internet connection than check that the firewall doesn't block the required IP ranges.
    For more information on the ip ranges visit the docs.

    Would still be helpful to know if an error message is displayed or what exactly is not working ;)

    Is there any error messages about this issue?
    Can other applications use WI-fi with no issue?
    At present, we recommend you check if your have a stable network connection on your WIFI.
