Issue with WhatsApp generating Faulting module name: KERNELBASE.dll error on Windows 10

I recently did a fresh installation of Windows 10 Enterprise N 22H2 and installed Whatsapp from the Microsoft store. However, whenever I try to launch the app, it generates entries in the Windows Application log stating that there is a Faulting module name: KERNELBASE.dll error and doesn't work even after reinstalling. How can I resolve this error?

    Did the issue occur with all the store apps or just the specific one?

    1. "0xc000027b" means “Your system is low on virtual memory”. If it occurred with all the apps, we may try to increase the memory.
    2. Try to check the issue in clean boot.

    1. If there is any third party antivirus software installed, please try to remove it temoprarily.
    2. If the issue only occurred with the specific app, try to reinstall the app.
    3. Try to login with a different account then check the issue again.
