We requested a quota increase to facilitate advanced real-time testing of our AI voice agent’s algorithm. There are settings for the quota increase in the drop down but there is no option to increase the quota for gpt-4o-realtime.
Our Use Case
Our use case involves integrating the context of conversation into the system prompt to enhance the accuracy and relevance of responses during real-time voice call processing. Each call is expected to utilize approximately 3-4k tokens, necessitating substantial resources. During this testing stage, we are rigorously evaluating the system’s performance under various scenarios, including high call volumes and diverse query types. The increased quota will enable us to simulate real-world conditions more effectively, identify potential bottlenecks, and optimize the system for scalability and reliability.
Any help would be great!

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A forum.I understand that you are facing issues with requesting a quota increase for the GPT-4o-realtime model.
To resolve the issue, please follow the steps below:
- In Azure AI Open Studio, navigate to the "Quota" section.
- Make sure to select "Global Standard" in the quota settings.
- From there, choose the GPT-4o-realtime preview model.
- Then click on "Request Quota", which will take you to an online form where you can specify your new quota requirements.
Once submitted, if approved, the relevant quota increase will be allocated to your subscription.

The gpt-4o-realtime-preview model might still be in preview mode which is why it's not appearing in the dropdown menu. To resolve this, you need to raise a support request through Azure portal.Thank you!

To request a quota, increase for the GPT-4o-realtime API, you’ll need to submit a support request through the Azure Portal, as this API might still be in preview and not visible in the quota dropdown. Azure's support team will review and process the request accordingly.
