Upgrading windows home to windows pro

Please i need your help on this issue.

We have Microsoft 365 E5 licenses that come with Windows 11 Enterprise licenses. 

Our laptops are running Windows 11 Home.  How do we upgrade to Windows 11 Pro so we can sign in with our company accounts through “Access work or school” and upgrade to Windows 11 Enterprise?

Hello,

You need a product key for Windows 11 Pro to activate the system.

If you have a Windows 11 Pro product key,

Select Start > Settings > System > Activation.

Select Change product key, and then enter the 25-character Windows 11 Pro product key.

Select Next to start upgrading to Windows 11 Pro.

If you don't have a Windows 11 Pro product key

• Select Start > Settings > System > Activation.
• Under "Upgrade your version of Windows," select "Open store".
• Make sure you're signed in with your Microsoft account to purchase Windows 11 Pro.
• Once your purchase is confirmed, you will be prompted to install Windows 11 Pro and restart your PC. You will then be running Windows 11 Pro.

After upgrading to Win11 Pro, you can upgrade Win11 Pro to Win11 Enterprise with Microsoft 365 E5 license.

The best way to upgrade from Windows 11 Home to Windows 11 Pro is through the Microsoft Store.  To begin, simply click here to open the Microsoft Store to the Windows upgrade page.

Once you upgraded then:

1. Go to Settings > Accounts > Access work or school
2. Click on "Connect" and sign in with your company account
3. Again Settings > System > Activation
4. Change product key
5. Enter your Windows 11 Enterprise key
6. Reboot
