Hi, I was granted the 5k in Microsoft startup founder credits but when I click "Activate Azure", and check the box for my email I get the error "There were issues submitting your request. Please make corrections and try again." I tried on edge and chrome with no success. I tried with both my startup and personal Microsoft email.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have the same issue redeeming credits, I got the message "There were issues submitting your request. Please make corrections and try again." before, now I simply get: "Cannot redeem Azure at this time". For reference, I've already been accepted into Microsoft for Startups over 60 days ago, so that can't be the issue.

I don't think it's a time issue, it throws an actual network error when you hit the button if you check in devtools. The action is being blocked.
Thanks for the response. Last Wednesday we got accepted, granted the 5k, and the time limit to redeem began. I do keep getting the emails to redeem before the credits expire.
