Missing message rules in Outlook365

I am running "New" Outlook 365 on a desktop PC and there is no way to create rules to automatically filter mail in to folders. This is VERY frustrating and a real step backward from Classic Outlook.

Note that in the screenshot I do NOT have a choice for rules in Nail settings... It is a much more limited choice menu than the one you have in your screenshot. How do I activate the missing options in the menu? Thanks

What rule do you want to create?

To create rules in New Outlook, please select Settings at the top of the page, > Select Email > Rules > Add new rule:

Note that in my settings for Mail I have a much more limited menu. No choice for rules. How do I activate that functionality to show up in my menu? Thanks!

What's the version of your New Outlook?

And what's your account? A Gmail account?

As i know, when you configure 3rd party accounts such as Gmail account, rule is not available in New Outlook. Please kindly understand that many functions are not designed at present. To get this feature more quickly, I have found a post in feedback collection website and you could vote for it. Many features of our current products are designed and upgraded based on customers’ feedback. You can also make suggestions on that website and hope Microsoft will notice this in the future. Thanks for your understanding and support.

I'm also having the exact same problem with Spam settings there aren't any anywhere. I not only have a Google account I have my own domain and website and that email does the same thing as you say Google accounts have that problem so do I

I have the same problem on one computer running W11 but on a second one the option does show up. The primary account on both computers are Gmail accounts.
