Deleting tenant issues

Hello.
I've come to an idea to create simple app which will use onedrive API so I needed to use Microsoft Azure and its been a long time since I logged into Microsoft Azure. Noticed I had some tenant already created from that time. Now I am trying to delete it and create a new one since I see a lot of have changed since my last login (AAD changed to Entra, etc.)
In "Manage tenants" I have only one tenant which I want to delete
All of them I am not able to resolve. Starting the action for Users Delete all users resolves in I cant delete the user
Lets try Delete all app registrations I know there are no app registrations, even though there are still some actions to be done (why and what actions?)
Lets try Remove Multi-Factor Authentication.Yaay! I got a new stuff here.
I tried to create a new tenant in https://entra.microsoft.com and set it as default, but this didnt help. Also tried these actions from entra admin portal with same result.

I understand that you would like to delete your Entra ID tenant, and you have issue with the resource deletion.
If you're having issues deleting the tenant because of a status check failure. Please make sure to open the link(s) to more information on how to pass. After you pass all checks, you'll be able to Delete the Azure tenant.If you're still having issues, can you share a screenshot of what you're seeing along with any errors that you're running into.
I suggest you follow the Clean up resources and delete the tenant and Delete a tenant in Microsoft Entra ID see if the issue is fixed. let me know if you have any issue while deleting the tenant. -

I am still having same issue with deleting tenant, I created a new tenant and I switched to use that one. I follow the articles you provided but I am still stuck at the same point as I was. I get on page after clicking "Delete tenant" where I am supposed to do those actions but getting same errors as described in OP
