I thought I had a student trial, why am I being asked to pay all of a sudden? I haven't used it more than a month.

My server just went off randomly. I went looking around my account and saw something that said the server went off as a warning for my subscription going unpaid. But I should be on a student subscription. I'm surprised i'm being asked to pay less than a month into my trial.
