what does you don't have access mean when signing up with a student account to get the free credits and how can I solve it !!

    Have a look at https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cost-management-billing/manage/azurestudents-subscription-disabled. It will contain FAQs with regards to establishing a student account. Including how to contact support to get your account issues resolved.
