Hello I am having problems with my laptop just not working, Today I tried to turn it on and it popped up the bit locker recovery page.

I've found my Key but it keeps saying incorrect key I, I have tried everything and nothing seems to work.

***moved from Windows / Windows 10 / Windows update, recovery, and backup***

regarding the issue you are experiencing, please try the following steps:

Make sure that you're entering the correct recovery key. Double-check the key to ensure that you're not mistyping any characters.
If you're still having trouble, try using a different keyboard to enter the recovery key. Sometimes, certain keys on a keyboard may not work properly, which can cause issues when entering the recovery key.

3.You need to retrieve your BitLocker recovery key by following the steps in Finding your BitLocker recovery key in Windows - Microsoft Support.
