Yeah, that's something I'll just try and do like I did with 2008 R2. Thank you.
Windows Server 2012 R2, Self Study
Hi, I was wondering if there is a cheap way to buy Windows Server 2012 R2 for my self? I would like to use it and get to know it. I had a 180 days Windows 2008 r2, but I am thinking I should just focus more on Windows Server 2012 R2 instead.

This Community is mainly for home users and their computer problems, not business systems like Server Software.

2018-12-20T05:30:31+00:00 Hi Ricky,
One of the affordable ways to get it which cost money is through a MSDN subscription.
Some IT courses might include a NFR not for resale license you can use to try out in a virtual lab.
You should check out the following which includes access to Windows Server and other products:
Microsoft Action Pack will get you started for $475

2018-12-20T05:29:03+00:00 Hi,
All the server versions have evaluations provided by Microsoft for a 180 day period-As the latest release is Server 2019, you can get a 180 day evaluation from here:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/evalcenter/eval...
Unfortunately, you would not be able to find one for 2012, I suppose.
