Microsoft.subscriptions.admin not found

From the Azure portal - In the Subscriptions when I select the Resource Providers and in the Resource Provider I cannot find the Microsoft.subscriptions.admin .
I have even installed the Azure Stack in the Powershell .It was installed successfully.
When I run the command "get-Azsplan" I was getting the below error -
Namespace “Microsoft.subscriptions.admin “ not valid.

Yes I'm the owner of the subscription.
It was created long back approx 8 months old.

Were any resources created in 8 months time?
What are you trying to do with"Microsoft.subscriptions.admin"?

Yes it is an active subscription & it is been in use from its creation.
I want to run a " Get-Azsplan " command but it isn't working.

Ensure you are using the admin portal / admin ARM API instance, and not the public portal / API instance; the endpoints should have “adminmanagement” and “adminportal” prefixes.

Ensure you are using an account which has access to the default provider subscription.
