Merging temporary certification profile with main profile

Hi folks,

A while back I completed a Certiport exam and didn't merge the certificate with my main Learn profile. The certiport email gave me a temporary ID and password which I believe are expired (90 day lifetime). Where can I find out if these credentials are valid and also get help merging the certification to my main profile?
