The developer registration page shows a $19 fee before sign‑in, which conflicts with the May 2025 announcement saying individual accounts are free. What should I do now to sign up for free?

Today is June 30, and the registration page is still showing the $19 fee for individual accounts, even though Microsoft announced in May that it would be waived starting in June 2025. It’s a bit confusing — hopefully they’ll update it soon.

I think it should be pay to make money yes but to those who just want to mod offline it’s quite ridiculous for any price tag… Thank you I think the term pay to win can be used for this scenario, all though you will have a investment as well as a individual. Etc, please Microsoft get at this!!! It’s been a long time😶🌫️
