Hey - I have an issue with my hub 2s. I had to reset it and now I cannot get init settings no matter what I do.
I have tried to power it off 3 times so I can reset it again - I get to the screen (light blue) and go for the recovery process from cloud. Once I click yes to recovery it takes me back to the first screen..... loop and loop. If I click reset - it tells me there is an issue with the reset.
Soooooo I come on MS support site and click contact support and it loops me around never giving me any contact details. HELP!!!!!
Now it brought me here and there is NO option for the surface HUB!!!!
