What is the issue with the flashing green screen? Any solution or just return the device to Microsoft still within warranty.
surface duo is bad....
This phone is a pos by all standards. 1 my screen freezes and turns green and flashes which is a common issue. 2 after the update it faces and rotates the wrong way so yah no more having it sit like it used to. 3 no 5g....really...... come on.

Have you contacted Microsoft Support on your screen issues? If you wanted 5G then when did you purchase the Surface Duo? The specifications clearly stated 4G.

2021-05-04T01:45:20+00:00 You will be surprised after my 1 week correspondences with Microsoft the device exchange due to the April 2021 update and my Duo right screen went flickering green. Microsoft actually denied my exchange because I am currently not located in the US due to the global pandemic. Kept telling me that this is their global policy but I told them that policies are meant to governed but shouldn't they allow for exception due to covid. Apparently none of their staff including Microsoft hardware department is willing or can make a deviation to their global policy. I don't see any escalation to resolve my issue. Neither Microsoft is allowing for international exchange. What a crappy MNC Microsoft is.

2021-04-22T19:39:28+00:00 I'm convinced Microsoft is just broken now. No functional company would release a product like this. Between this and me constantly fighting Microsoft software on my desktop between ribbons, autoformatting, autocompletion, forced updates, an Outlook spam folder that can't be turned off and half my mail goes into it, etc., Pus Microsoft took it upon themselves to change my default browser on both my home and work computer to Edge the other day. Seriously, who does these things? I'm growing to despise Microsoft. Unfortunately, a lot of the software I need to earn a living needs Windows or I would say adios in a heartbeat.
Get back in your lane Microsoft.
