How do I delete my Azure account? Seriously?

I've already checked this link: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cost-management-billing/manage/cancel-azure-subscription#how-do-i-delete-my-azure-account

It doesn't actually tell you HOW to delete the account even though the heading is "How do I delete my Azure Account?" Fantastic documentation.

I've followed other guides that lead you through billing and canceling subscriptions but I either don't have the button to delete the directory or I'm missing other buttons that are pictured in the walk-throughs.

So, with today's GUI and such, how the heck do I delete my Azure account or at least pry my personal email address out of being an "organization" as deemed by Microsoft?

From azure portal create a new support ticket, canceling subscription can be done by support team.
