bluetooth disabled at startup

Microsoft Surface Pro 4 - Windows 10 pro.

Since the creators update Bluetooth is disabled at startup. I can turn it on in device manager and all works fine but as soon as I reboot or shut down and boot up the issue returns.

Any ideas how I fix this please?

Resolved it - It's to do with power management. The update turned on power save management

To resolve, go to settings > Bluetooth & other devices. On the right hand side of the page click on device manager.

In device manager find Bluetooth and expand the link. Right click on the Bluetooth adapter and select properties, then select power management, then untick Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.
