DirectX 12 applications rendering black frames

Hello,

I have a little problem with every directx 12 application. Somehow it renders every second frame plain black. It starts immediately and does it both in fullscreen AND window modes. I've tried adjusting settings in various games and I've also tried to reinstall graphics drivers, but nothing helped.

I'm running on Windows Pro Insider Build 14332 and have nVidia GeForce GTX 760M graphics card with 364.72 drivers.

In case you have needed it, my CPU is Intel Core i7-4702MQ.

I understand that I'm using a Insider preview, which is not a stable build, but I'm not sure if this is hardware issue, a problem in driver or bug in windows.

If anyone can help, thank you.

I think I am having some the issue described above where it results in a screen flicking when I run any of the Windows 10 games such as Quantum Break or Gears of War Ultimate edition. The application screen immediately starts flickering. I don't think this is a driver issue as Gears used to work fine. It seems this happened after a windows 10 preview update. I am currently running Build 14332.rs1. The last 2 window updates have had this issue.

I don't see how the above workflow of compatibility mode is of help.

It seems that this is something to do with Windows 10 preview.

Thank you, I wasn't sure if my graphics card gone crazy or if it was really just preview issue. The driver reinstallation really didn't helped.
