How to resolve a 403 error code

When I try to access the patient portal of my hospital, I get a 403 error code. It doesn't matter what browser I use - I've tried Edge, Chrome, and Brave, including the private browsers. Here's the code's message:

Request blocked. We can't connect to the server for this app or website at this time. There might be too much traffic or a configuration error. Try again later, or contact the app or website owner.
If you provide content to customers through CloudFront, you can find steps to troubleshoot and help prevent this error by reviewing the CloudFront documentation.

This has been going on for over a week. I talked to the hospital and they had no idea what to do. I know there are messages for me because they keep reminding me.

So how can I resolve this?

    Hello Michael Saltz,

Thanks for reaching out here in the Microsoft Answers Community.

Based on the description, the website is served via CloudFront (which is a CDN), and it cannot access the files on the (actual) server the hospital hosts. It is likely that there is a configuration issue on the hospital's IT department.

Since the issue is in the remote server, there is noting you can do to view the site. Try using a different device on a different network, and see whether the issue persists. If so, you still have to contact the hospital regarding the website issue.

Thanks for your patience and understanding.

    Best Regards,
